    On the morning of January 16th, Jilin Forest Industry Wood-based Panel Group Co., Ltd. held the Fifth Session of the Second Workers' Congress and Work Conference in 2024 in Nanhu Hotel, Changchun.

Su Dongkai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union and Deputy General Manager of the Group, presided over the meeting, and the group leaders Wang Bo, Wang Jiaxiang, Guo Weichun, Ambry and Wang Bin attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Liu Xiaoping, secretary of the Party Committee, chairman and general manager of the Group, made a work report entitled "Recognizing the situation, defining the goals, clearing the train of thought and forging ahead". The report comprehensively summarizes the main work in 2023, profoundly analyzes the internal and external environment and market situation faced by enterprises at present, determines the overall working idea in 2024, and deploys eight key tasks.

Subsequently, Su Dongkai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union and Deputy General Manager of the Group, made a summary report on the trade union work entitled "Consolidating the strength of forge ahead, serving the development of enterprises, and playing the role of a bridge to achieve various tasks and objectives". He said that under the leadership of the superior trade union and the Party Committee of the Group, the trade unions of the Group will earnestly perform their duties, give full play to the supervision and bridge role of the trade unions, and firmly safeguard the overall development of the Group and the rights and interests of the cadres and workers of the Group.

The meeting heard, deliberated and adopted the Administrative Work Report, Financial Final Accounts for 2023, Financial Budget Report for 2024 and Trade Union Work Report. 

At the meeting, 7 advanced units, 8 advanced party organizations, 5 advanced departments, 7 best operators, 8 outstanding party workers, 6 outstanding managers, 28 advanced individuals and 19 outstanding communist party member of Jilin Forest Industry Wood-based Panel Group in 2023 were commended.

Liu Xiaoping, secretary of the Party Committee, chairman and general manager of the Group, signed the Letter of Responsibility for Work Safety, the Letter of Responsibility for Building a Clean and Honest Party Style and the Letter of Responsibility for Enterprise Management with the heads of grass-roots units.

Finally, Su Dongkai, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, chairman of the trade union and deputy general manager of the Group, demanded that all cadres and workers of the Group should seriously study, understand and implement the spirit of the conference, further "recognize the situation, clarify the goals, clarify the thinking and forge ahead" in their work in 2024, earnestly perform their duties, and strive to fully complete the work objectives and tasks set by the conference.
